We were contracted in to design and build a "tiny" web site for Disney Consumer Products. Working directly with couture designer, Kirstie Kelly, we created a dramatic site showcasing her beautiful line of wedding dresses inspired by the Disney Princesses. When the site launched at the start of the Spring Bridal Fashion Season, it received 2.7 million unique visitors during the first week. The site continued to grow in popularity and helped solidify Disney's entry into the bridal fashion industry.
After several months, Disney decided to revamp the design and go for a more traditional white on white approach. Again they contracted us to design Disney Bridal 2.0. The second design was very popular with retailers and Disney did not redesign the site again until they merged the bridal gown line with their Parks and Resorts division several years later.
